On the 24th and 25th of March, a specialized program focusing on hydrological studies and engineering surveys was successfully conducted at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA). The program was expertly led by Professor Lalith Rajapaksha and Engineer Prabath Witarana.
