On August 16, 2024, a small-scale dairy production training program was successfully conducted for 37 dairy farmers from the Miyellewa, Amunuwewa, and Mailankulama GN divisions at the Wannigama DAPH farm in Withikuliya, Puttlam district. The training focused on essential topics including heifer calf management, cattle feeding, and best management practices to enhance local dairy farming.
