During a field visit to SARP project areas in Kurunegala district on March 26th, representatives from IFAD, including Bodhi Wanniarachchi and Elisabeth Steinmayr, participated in various activities. They began by meeting with the District Commissioner of Agriculture Development (DC DAD) in Kurunegala and the Director of the Project Implementation Division (PID) in the North Western Province (NWP) and the Northern Central Province (NCP). Subsequently, they inspected the rehabilitation work on Gallewa tank and engaged in discussions with the Community Development Facilitator (CDF), Field Officer (FO), and the contractor. Following this, they visited the rehabilitation work on Kumbukwewa tank and continued their discussions with the CDF, FO, and the contractor.
